The Center For Mind Body Healing is easily accessible for people commuting from Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth or Suffolk via the I264. The Center is conveniently located in The Interstate Corporate Center (formerly the Koger Center) in Norfolk, Virginia.

From Downtown Norfolk

- Take the I-264 towards Virginia Beach. (Merge to the right near Military Highway)
- Take the Newtown Road North exit.
- Once you have passed under the freeway, take the first turn left on Center Drive. This will take you into
the Interstate Corporate Center.
- Turn right onto North Center Drive.
- Follow the road as it curves to the left, you will see a building on your right called Shenandoah.
- Turn into the parking lot, with the blue awning.
- Enter the building and go to the second floor to find suite 262.

From Norfolk, Larchmont, Newport News

- Take the I-64 towards Chesapeake.
- Take the Newtown Road North exit (After the Virginia Beach/Norfolk exit, this will lead you onto the fly-over from Chesapeake.)
- Take the first exit off the I-264 onto Newtown Rd, North.
- Once you have passed under the freeway, take the first turn left on Center Drive. This will take you into the Interstate Corporate Center.
- Turn right onto North Center Drive.
- Follow the road as it curves to the left, you will see a building on your right called Shenandoah.
- Turn into the parking lot, with the blue awning.
- Enter the building and go to the second floor to find suite 262.

From Virginia Beach

- Take the I-264 towards Norfolk.
- Merge to the right hand lane after Witchduck.
- Take the Newtown Road North exit and turn left.
- Take your first right into The Interstate Corporate Center on Center Drive.
- Turn right onto North Center Drive.
- Follow the road as it curves to the left, you will see a building on your right called Shenandoah.
- Turn into the parking lot, with the blue awning.
- Enter the building and go to the second floor to find suite 262.

From Chesapeake

- Take the I-64 towards Richmond / Newport News.
- After Indian River, take the I-264, Virginia Beach exit.
- Take the first exit off the I-264 onto Newtown Rd, North.
